The festive project for austa restaurant in Almancil, where we together brainstormed about something that could capture the light and airiness of winter in the Algarve. As the result you can see incorporation of elements like moss inspired by the cork forests of the countryside, hazel stems and pine cones to act as an extension of the pine forests along the coastal dunes on our doorstep.
